Fawcett has sales experience in web technology dating to the early 1990s. He most recently served as vice president of sales at Colloquis Inc., a maker of online natural language processing systems acquired by Microsoft Corp. in October 2006. Before Colloquis, Fawcett served as vice president of North American sales at WebCollage Inc., a content management vendor. Jones had already handed back the three gold medals and two bronze she won at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.
